Networking Was Never Supposed to Be This Loud.

Welcome to The Private Table.

Forget shouting over music, working a crowded room, exchanging business cards with people you'll never see again, or wondering who you should talk to.

The Private Table creates intentional opportunities for chamber members to actually sit down, have conversations, understand one another's businesses, and build relationships that can lead to introductions, referrals, partnerships, and opportunities.

And because Chambers United brings independent chambers together, your network doesn't have to stop with the people you already know. We connect you with members from other participating chambers, expanding your reach, your relationships, and your opportunities.

The Idea

Make Friends Before You Need Them.

The best business relationships rarely begin with, "What can you do for me?" They begin with a conversation.

  • Who are you?
  • What are you building?
  • Who do you serve?
  • What challenges are you facing?
  • Who would be a valuable person for you to meet?

The Private Table creates an environment where those conversations can happen naturally.

This isn't speed networking. It isn't a loud mixer. And it isn't about collecting the most business cards.

It's about knowing the right people, and giving the right people an opportunity to know you.

Why "Private"

Eight Seats. Real Conversations.

Some of the most valuable business conversations happen around a table.

The Private Table brings together approximately eight carefully selected business owners, executives, and professionals for a smaller, conversational experience.

No loud music. No microphones competing with a crowded room. No racing from person to person. Just eight people sitting together and having a meaningful business conversation.

Members can talk about their businesses, challenges, opportunities, experiences, connections, and ideas in an environment designed to build trust.

And there's another reason we call it The Private Table: what's discussed at the table stays at the table.

The goal is to create a trusted environment where relationships can develop before anyone needs something from someone else.

Relationships first. Business follows.

Your Network Just Got Bigger

Your Chamber Is Your Starting Point. Not Your Limit.

Joining a chamber gives you access to an incredible local business community.

Chambers United expands that opportunity.

Through The Private Table, we intentionally introduce participating members to business owners and professionals from other chambers. Instead of repeatedly networking within the same circle, your relationships can continue expanding across chamber communities.

One chamber becomes several. Several become a regional network. And as Chambers United grows, so does the potential reach of every participating member.

More Chambers.
More Relationships.
More Opportunities.

Four Ways to Connect

One membership. Four ways to build relationships.

01

The Private Table

8 Curated Members

Small, private, conversational meetings designed around relationship building.

Sit down with approximately eight carefully selected professionals and have the kind of conversations that are difficult to have at a traditional networking event.

  • /Learn their stories.
  • /Understand their businesses.
  • /Discover who they know.
  • /And give them an opportunity to understand you.

Make friends before you need them.

02

The Referral Network

Up to 35 Members. One Business Category Per Seat.

This is the structured lead-generation side of The Private Table.

Each group is limited to approximately 35 professionals with one participant representing each business category, helping reduce direct competition within the group.

During meetings, each member receives approximately 30 seconds to explain:

  • /Who they are
  • /What their business does
  • /Who their ideal customer is
  • /What type of introduction or opportunity they're looking for

At each meeting, one pre-selected member receives approximately 10 minutes to take the group deeper into their business. The more members understand what you do, the easier it becomes for them to recognize opportunities for you.

You shouldn't have to sell to the room. Teach the room how to recognize your next customer.

03

Curated 1-on-1 Connections

Go Deeper Than an Introduction.

Sometimes the most valuable connection in a network isn't made in the group meeting. It's made afterward.

The Private Table facilitates intentional one-on-one meetings between members so they can learn more about each other's businesses. These discovery conversations are designed to answer:

  • /What does this person really do?
  • /Who is their ideal client?
  • /What problems do they solve?
  • /Who do I know that they should know?
  • /How could our businesses work together?

Instead of saying, "We should grab coffee sometime," we're helping make those conversations happen.

04

The Digital Private Table

Your Network Doesn't End When the Meeting Does.

Members receive access to an online networking system where they can log in, discover other members, make connections, exchange leads, and continue building relationships.

As the Chambers United network grows, the digital network grows with it. Your networking opportunity is no longer limited to who happened to attend one event.

Your network travels with you.

Built Around How Members Want to Network

Your Table. Your Voice.

We want each Private Table community to work for the people participating in it. Members can vote on a preferred weekly virtual networking session and select the meeting period that works best for the group.

This adds another opportunity to stay connected between in-person meetings, exchange leads, introduce opportunities, and strengthen relationships.

The Power of Intentional Connections

Stop Working the Room. Start Building the Room.

There is nothing wrong with traditional networking events. The Private Table simply serves a different purpose.

Sometimes you don't need another room with 300 people.

You need seven people who actually know what you do.

You need a group of professionals who understand your ideal customer.

You need someone who thinks of your name when an opportunity comes across their desk.

You need relationships with business owners outside your normal circle.

And sometimes you simply need a trusted table where you can talk business with people who understand business.

That's what we're building.

How The Private Table Works

There's a Seat at the Table.

Your next customer may not be sitting at the table. But someone who knows them might be.

The Private Table is about building those relationships before you need them.

Meet business owners. Expand beyond your existing chamber network. Tell your story. Learn theirs. Exchange introductions. Build trust.

And become part of a growing network of professionals who understand that the most powerful business opportunities often begin with a simple conversation.

Make friends before you need them.
